Born in 1952 and graduated in Business Administration at the University of S. Gallen (CH). For many years, he had executive positions in the area of human resources in important businesses of the GDO. In 1994 he started counseling activity in the field of organizational development and founded INSCENA, a firm specializing in systemic approach. He is a professor in many Swiss and German institute, including the Hochschule “Fachhochschule Westschweiz”. Founder of INFOSYON and member of its council for many years, as well as member of the editorial staff of the magazine “Praxis der Systemaufstellungen”. He published Management Constellations with Georg Senoner and Henriette Ling, as well as many articles and contributions for management books and magazines.
