Born in 1953 and graduated in Business Administration at the Bocconi University of Milan, he directed the family business Sevi s.p.a., an international toys manufacturer, for over 20 years. In 1998, he started direction counseling activity with a famous firm in Milan. Afterwards, he founded SysMaCon, a counseling and formation network based on the systemic approach. He specializes in organizational development, strategy and executive coaching. He teaches the methodology of systemic constellations at Sistema Counseling in Milan and at the Hellinger Instituut of Groningen NL. He published many articles and contributions for management books and magazines.
